I was recommended Russell of Altech by a friend and business partner in 2007 when I was having various issues with my Computer Desktop Tower Case components. Russell and his team were able to make the necessary repairs to the unit and extended its user life for another couple of years, before I decided to replace the unit with a laptop. The laptop unfortunately came with a faulty hard drive, which remained an issue even after the laptop came out of warranty. On numerous occasions Russell has been able to repair the drive and at the same time maintain my programs and business and personal data which are naturally very important to me. It did finally reach the point when it became obvious that the drive issues were going to be on-going. Russell took the time to explain and price up various options to manage this. In the end I decided to proceed with replacing the drive with a solid state drive. Again, with tenacity Russell and his team managed to maintain both my existing programs and data. I have subsequently moved to the UK and on occasion have asked Russell to make necessary program repairs remotely. This has been highly successful. I would and have highly recommended Russell to friends and business associates.
